When my kids don't like your Mac n cheese that's how I know it's bad.then I tried it and saw why for myself.tasteless, pasta maybe seemed rushed and not fully cooked not sure why cuz it looks like it was baked and altogether just not appetizing.but those were the sides.the well done meats made up for what the sides lacked.however that brings me to the customer service.everything was fine when we got there and even when we got our food.then it takes a turn.right around when they closed at 830.its almost like they forgot guests were still there.once we received our food and were asked if everything was good we were forgotten.and it's like the professionalism went out the rvers and other staff from the kitchen were joking around and highfiving loudly.huddle up together checking out their "new work schedules" not even concerned with patrons still eating.I understand they're tired and ready to go home and all but remain professional until ur patrons leave.then we were done eating and couldn't even find someone to get our bill.I really hate not tipping but I do regret leaving one this ually if anything is wrong it's the food and not the customer service but this time it was the other way around.Īnd customer service needs to be consistent and better the whole way thru.
